Growing up in New Orleans as a kid, I learned how to make pralines from my auntie who is also of Creole descent. I was brought up in a family with strong creole roots which has been incorporated in the passion and love I have for bringing this favorite creole treat of mines to the world. Every batch of pralines is made with love and the spirit of my home town New Orleans, also known as, "The Big Easy". This candy is a confection that has a solid look on the outside, but has a creamy, sweet, nutty, and buttery sensation when eaten.
I started making and selling pralines on my own when I was in undergraduate as a way to support my academic studies.
